This video will show you an efficient and effective way for everyone and anyone to begin their training sessions, practices or pre-game routine.
This first part of the Tri-planar lunge progression will prepare the body to move in just about every way possible, and at the same time go a long way in helping you get in all the 7 movements that you should do in every workout; squat, lunge, push, pull, bend, rotate and brace. As a matter of fact, this 90 second routine will hit 4 of the above 7.
